UK: Nationwide Housing Prices flat in February

On an annual basis UK Nationwide Housing Prices n.s.a. remained unchanged for the second consecutive month in February, against expectations of posting a 0.1% decline.

Month-over-month Nationwide Housing Prices s.a. grew 0.2%, down from the 0.5% increase and in line with forecasts.
