Fed's Dudley: Premature to rule out a rate hike this year

William Dudley, president & chief executive officer of the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, is crossing the wires, noting that they should be cautious in raising rates, adding that a flatter path is appropriate for the time being. However, he also noted tha higher rates this year should not be ruled out.
