Analysts at Nomura offered their projections for the USD/CNY fix.

"Our model1 projects the fix to be 73 pips higher than the previous fix (6.6598 from 6.6525) and 2 pips lower than the previous official spot USD/CNY close of 6.6600. The basket implied change is 2 pips lower than the previous official spot USD/CNY close (6.6598 from 6.6600)."
