OPEC+ deal failure: WTI oil crashes to lowest since 2016, USD/CAD surges to new hgihs

The OPEC meeting has ended without an agreement between Russia and Saudi Arabia. 

Oil prices have collapsed with oil falling below $42.50, to the lowest since 2016.
